Drone Cinematography Workshop

On 2/21/2024 we ran a workshop on drone cinematography in the Digital Archeology Lab discussing the theoretics of how to make professional-grade footage with a drone, how to do so safely, and what is needed to fly drones in the UC System. The workshop was focused on teaching archaeology students these skills to help them document their sites and create materials for distribution. Students collaborated to create a mission plan and working shot lists for locations where they could go and practice maneuvers and document either in the UC Natural Reserve System or close to the UCLA Campus.
