What are the differences between Outlook and Entourage?
The main difference between Outlook and Entourage is the tasks and notes. Entourage does not synchronize the tasks or notes with
the Exchange server. The tasks and notes you create are stored locally. Tasks cannot be shared or assigned with other Exchange users.
Users on Entourage cannot delegate their mailbox to other users; delegating allows other Exchange users to send and receive emails on your behalf.
You can open Exchange users' mailboxes in Entourage and send on their behalf if they have given you permission. Microsoft recommends setting up delegates
on Outlook and using Entourage afterward.
